Data Privacy & Vendor Disclaimer Notice
This software application operates entirely within your own self-provided, independent cloud hosting and database environment. The software creator and its developers have zero access to, storage of, or liability for the resident data, medical records, or communications captured within this application. All data pathways are direct to your independent cloud server.
Information We Process
Eldercare homes handle highly sensitive personal information, including medical histories, mobility profiles, emergency contacts, and relative communications. This application is architected as a decentralized, client-side interface structured to write all logged records directly to the secure cloud database instance provisioned, managed, and owned entirely by your operating facility. No data is ever proxied, mirrored, or transmitted through external third-party software servers.
Compliance Responsibilities
It is the sole responsibility of the operating facility deploying this CRM instance to ensure full compliance with regional data protection acts—specifically India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). The operating facility must manage its own protocols regarding:
- Lawful collection notices and user consent mechanisms.
- Secure database access control configurations.
- The execution of data subjects' rights, including the right to correction and erasure.
Limitation of Liability
By deploying this software, the operating facility explicitly acknowledges that the developers and license vendors of "OahiCare" possess no administrative privileges over the deployed instance and are not liable for data leaks, network security anomalies, unauthorized access, or communication breakdowns occurring within the facility's own self-managed cloud environments.
