1. Information Processing Architecture
Eldercare homes and assisted living facilities manage sensitive personal information, including resident health vitals, prescription profiles, emergency contacts, and family communications. This application is architected as a decentralized, client-side interface where all logged records write directly to the secure cloud database instance owned and provisioned for your operating facility. No client data is ever sold, proxied, or transmitted to third-party commercial data brokers.
2. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP Act 2023) Compliance
Operating care facilities deploying OahiCare maintain full custody of their data. In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), each care facility exercises direct control regarding:
- Lawful collection notices, resident intake consent, and guardian authorization.
- Access control mechanisms, employee roles, and administrative password management.
- Fulfilling resident and relative requests regarding data review, correction, or record deletion.
3. Donor & Payment Confidentiality
Monetary contributions, 80G tax receipt records, and material donation entries recorded within the portal are visible strictly to the authenticated tenant. WhatsApp notification links trigger directly from the user's browser to the WhatsApp Business application without routing through external messaging servers.
4. Limitation of Vendor Liability
By utilizing this software platform, the operating facility acknowledges that the developers and license providers at "Beart India" maintain zero administrative access over the tenant's private database credentials and are not liable for accidental data modifications, unauthorized local device access, or local network security vulnerabilities occurring within the facility's own operating environment.
